New Roofing

We will assist you in selecting your choice of roofing products by offering you brochures, physical samples, and addresses of completed homes with your selected roofing style installed on them.

Reroofing

We will assist you in selecting a new material for your home and give you addresses of completed homes with your selected roofing style installad on them.

Flexibility is key, so scheduiling of the reroofing process will be done around your schedule, at your convenience.

Tear Offs

In many cases we can simply overlay your existing roof. However, if required, we can offer the complete tear off of any roof if requested. Most tear offs are completed in one day to minimize disruption of your schedule. The site is always left as clean or cleaner than when we arrived.

Resheathing

When older roofs are torn off, sometimes we expose a "spaced sheathed" roof deck. These decks are no longer acceptable by current building codes, and we must overlay the entire deck with a layer of plywood or OSB sheathing. A metal nosing is then installed around the perimeter prior to the application of the new roof.
