Bear Mountain - This custom home was built in the upper Caughlin Ranch area by Gurnea Construction. Its roof features three different types of materials. The "old" roof section features natural slate, using three colors and varying thicknesses. The "new" roof features natural slate, using three colors of uniform thickness. The third roof sections feature "Cor-Ten" corrigated metal which oxidizes with rust.

Billie Dove Court - This custom home in Wingfield Springs is comprised of Landmark shingles and a standing seam metal.
