Composition Shingles
Fiberglass composition shingles are not the simple 3-tab variety any longer. There are several profiles available as well as 30-year, 40-year, 50-year, and lifetime warranties available to choose from.
Presidential
Royer Court - This Presidential roof was
installed using two colors from the color options which created a
unique and individual look for this new home. It was a blend of
"Slate Grey" and Shadow Grey" colors.
Doris Circle - This "Spanish Tile" Presidential
T/L (lifetime warranty) was a shake tear-off and the "Tri-Lam"
Presidential was a perfect choice by the owner to preserve the wood
shake look while gaining a lifetime material and labor warranty and
class "A" roof.
Evergreen Hills Drive - This new home in the Galena Forest was
installed with a "Yosemite" Presidential shingle in the summer of
2003 over a full ice-dam application.
